After your written application by mail or email you will receive:
* Booking confirmation
* Insurance Certificate for the cancellation insurance (if posted)
* Land Information (entry, vaccination, cash, etc.)
* Information on the visa application (if necessary)

After receiving the booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 25% of the tour. Upon receipt of the payment will be at least 2 weeks before the travel date the documents sent.

Health Risks

The traveler should be aware of infection and vaccination and other preventive measures in time to inform, if necessary, medical advice should be as to thrombosis and other health risks should be sought. In general information, particularly in the health offices, physicians experienced medical travel, tropical medicine, travel health information or the Federal Center for Health Education is referenced.


Insurance
Absolutely necessary for participation in the proposed travel abroad is an adequate health insurance coverage (please specify when booking). You can also book with us. We work with the Hanse Merkur together!

Travel Cancellation Insurance
